Subscribe to and Activate InkWeave Pro

Lemon Squeezy handles the InkWeave Pro subscription and sends your License Key. InkWeave uses that key to verify your subscription and unlock Pro features on your computer.

Before you begin

You will need:

InkWeave installed on your computer.
An internet connection for the initial license verification.
Access to the email address you will enter at Lemon Squeezy checkout.

You can change the checkout language at the bottom of the Lemon Squeezy checkout page.

Open the InkWeave pricing page and select Subscribe to Pro. Lemon Squeezy will open in your browser to process the subscription.

Enter an email address you can access. InkWeave does not process or store your payment details; Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout and subscription.

2. Find the License Key in your email

After the subscription is completed, Lemon Squeezy sends a confirmation email to the address you entered at checkout. The email contains your License Key.

Keep this email and License Key private. Do not share the key or publish screenshots that show it.

If the message does not appear in your inbox, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Also confirm that you are checking the same email address used at checkout.

3. Open the Pro activation window

The easiest route is from the InkWeave project launcher:

Open InkWeave.
On the project launcher, select Upgrade to Pro in the upper-right corner.
The Upgrade to InkWeave Pro window will open.

If you already have a project open, select the shield-shaped Subscribe button in the editor toolbar. It opens the same activation window.

4. Activate Pro

Copy the complete License Key from the Lemon Squeezy confirmation email.
Paste it into the License Key field in InkWeave.
Select Activate Pro.
Keep InkWeave connected to the internet while the key is verified.

When verification succeeds, InkWeave displays a confirmation message. Select Restart Application Now to apply all Pro features.

5. Confirm that Pro is active

Return to the project launcher or editor. The subscription control should now display Pro. Opening it again will show InkWeave Pro activated.

Your projects and writing remain stored locally on your computer. Activating Pro changes the available features; it does not upload your manuscript to Lemon Squeezy.

Troubleshooting activation

The confirmation email has not arrived

Check the spam, junk, and promotions folders for the email address used at checkout. Delivery can take a few minutes. If it still does not arrive, contact InkWeave support from the purchase email address.

InkWeave says the License Key is invalid

Copy the entire key again from the confirmation email and make sure the subscription is active. Do not enter an order number, receipt number, or email address in the License Key field.

InkWeave cannot connect to the verification server

Check your internet connection and try again. If your network restricts access to the verification service, retry from another network or through a VPN or proxy.

Requests are too frequent

Wait briefly before trying again. Repeated activation attempts in a short period may be temporarily limited.

The key was verified but could not be saved

Restart InkWeave and try again. If the problem continues, check that InkWeave can write to its application data folder, then contact support.

Manage or cancel the subscription

Lemon Squeezy manages billing and subscription changes. Use the customer portal link in your purchase confirmation email to manage or cancel the subscription. Canceling does not delete the InkWeave projects stored on your computer.
